How we work
We are committed to offering an above average and exceptional level of service to all our candidates and clients. This is easy to say and challenging to deliver.

The standards we provide should be clear, obvious and consistent. What you see, hear about and agree should be what you get.

You should expect and will be treated with respect and courtesy at all times.

What is important to our team?

—- Replying to every written request and phone call within 2 working days
—- Being 100% transparent with details of contracts, commissions and terms and conditions of business
—- Providing accurate and timely feedback at all stages of the recruitment process
—- That we have written agreement with Clients and Candidates to represent and provide a service for all candidates and  vacancies we deliver against
—- That there are ‘no surprises’ when it comes to clients, interviews, offers and commissions

How do we measure success?

—- We agree a plan, confirming it in writing with timescales and deliverables
—- We deliver to plan
—- We ask for your feedback and we agree a continuous improvement plan
